Welcome – or Freshers’ – Week is just around the corner at the Â鶹´«Ã½AV, with new and returning students set to join in with a mix of activities, events, and course introductions designed to help them settle into university life.

The Â鶹´«Ã½AV and Keech Hospice have partnered to jointly sponsor a PhD research degree focused on understanding the experiences of Eastern European adults accessing – or not accessing – palliative and end-of-life care services in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.

A student from the Â鶹´«Ã½AV has opened up about how combining classroom learning with hands-on experience has led her towards a career which makes a real difference every day.
