As an accredited provider of initial teacher education (ITE) the Â鶹´«Ã½AV has formed partnerships with a range of schools and academy trusts who support student teachers during their PGCE course. The Â鶹´«Ã½AV works in collaboration with these Lead Partners, as well as our placement partnership schools, Ìýon a range of issues including:

• recruitment and assessment of student teachers
• curriculum design and delivery
• mentor and lead mentor supply and development
• sharing knowledge, experience and resources

Choosing to apply to one of our Lead Partners means that you will benefit from the expertise within their organisation, as well as that of the Â鶹´«Ã½AV. Your ITE course curriculum, whether you have applied to the Â鶹´«Ã½AV or Lead Partner, will be the same.
