Pay gap reports

At the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV, equality, diversity and inclusion is a key institutional value that we are committed to. We recognise that embracing and promoting inclusion is critical to the success of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV and we can only achieve our vision of being an ambitious and forward-looking university by recruiting, supporting, and developing the talent of students and staff from a wide and diverse range of backgrounds.

We are required by law to publish a gender pay gap report by 30th March each year, based on data taken on the snap shot date of 31st March the previous year. The metrics include:

  • Mean gender pay gap
  • Median gender pay gap
  • Mean gender bonus gap
  • Median gender bonus gap
  • Proportion of men and women receiving a bonus payment
  • Proportion of men and women in each pay quartile

The employees included in the pay gap report match those stipulated on the gov.uk website.
